Where do you ship your products from?
Our products are dispatched from partner warehouses and production facilities based in the United States, Europe, and China. Our main office is located in Los Angeles, CA. If you’ve purchased multiple items, they may be sent separately since different products are manufactured and stocked at different facilities.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on both your location and the shipping origin of the product. Generally, express shipping takes around 5–10 business days, while standard shipping typically takes 10–14 business days.
How long after placing my order will it be shipped?
Most orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, it may take up to 5 business days to dispatch your items.
